After many years of playing sports and martial arts, my joints have paid the price. I did some research and based on price and other reviews I decided to try MAVA's ankle, knee, and elbow sleeves. I also purchased wrist wraps but haven't used them yet. I was a little pessimistic at first but then amazed by how well they worked. Immediately I felt support when pivoting, moving laterally or applying any kind of stress on the joints. If this is your first time using compression sleeves beware they might seem too tight at first but that only lasted a few minutes. I haven't washed them yet so I'm not sure if that process will be a pain since it has to be done by hand. I also cannot speak to their durability yet since I've only worn them for about 3 hrs. so far. However, I will update my review if they fall apart.

Received the charger promptly and began charging it with sunlight. Took a few days to charge, but then I read that mostly it should be charged by plugging it in and to use the solar charging for emergencies. That works for me.Also included was a rubberized stick that turned out to be a mini flashlight when plugged in to the charger.I will keep this charger in my go bag that is for the times when we lose power.

Provides nice support for Plantar Fascitis. Not a cure all but does help support the arch and provide some relief. Comfortable enough to wear for 5-6 hours at a time.

These help my feet and legs during long shifts standing.

Far from being a good ankle support these things are actually painful to where it's like a device for changing the pain from ankle to your foot go to the drugstore and buy something else
