Very good compared to Marsden's book that is required by the class I'm taking. Price was good, too. The order was different but the index gets to the right page fast.

Was dirt cheap had all the necessary examples and formulae neede . Great as a reference for many other courses as well, differential geometry etc.

This text is a work of art for it's mathematical concision and elegance.I remember the pain that it brought me as a college freshman trying to invest as little time into the subject as possible but secretly wanting to master the material. The challenge and beauty of the work gave me a glimpse of the sophistication and rigor of real mathematics that I might have missed with a different text.The author has made a fortune off of books like it and for good reason. He was living in a house with integral shaped walls, and at one point, his Calculus texts were outselling all of the other major offerings combined.This text will truly be part of his legacy, an enduring example of the essence of quality quantitative analysis.

It is good book with low price.It is second hand but like new.So, because of that I have decided to buy used books which like new withlow price.
