LEGO11023 Classic Green Baseplate, Square 32x32 Stud Building Grass Base, Build and Display Board Set

This was purchased as a gift for my children who had recently got into Lego. This has proved excellent value for money and has already had hours of use allowing the children to build creatively and is extremely easy to use. The green looks good and we’ll soon order another in blue so the children can build on the sea as well as the land!This has only been used with official LEGO so I can’t comment on its compatibility with other brands but so far this has secured every LEGO brick that’s come its way.

Expensive for what it is, but this is Lego, the brand has always been overpriced, but it is an original and quality item.

Our son wanted some base plates to put his Lego City builds on.We decided to go for this one as it seemed good value for money and is an official Lego product.It’s a good size for decent Lego builds to go on, houses etc and is a nice bright colour.It seems strong and should last a long time. I’m sure my son will enjoy getting creative with it.

We bought some second hand Lego to help a charity. We then bought these boards to help Lego come to life. Can’t have too many of these boards.

These baseplates are a nice size and the variety of colours are great to use for land and sea. They are compatible of course with different Lego sets and are excellent for inspiring creativityI have found that they only work on a fully solid surface - my daughter uses these on her tough tray but because the tray is very slightly curved, the Lego doesn't always attach properly - same issue would occur when used on carpet for example. I therefore only recommend using on tables or similar

Big green base to build lego on. Brilliant value for money and quality. Hours of fun for the kids and fits normal lego on it. Doesn't need instructions.

This was part of a lego bundle I bought on behalf of my mum for her great grandson's birthday. He and his brother love anything lego related. The youngest has just turned 5 and this lego base and the small starter kit was great value for money but is also a great addition to their expanding lego collection. The quality and range of colours and components in the lego these days is superior to when I was a child. I think we all know what fun and how easy it is to use lego. There are always leaflets with instructions and ideas included with each pack of lego. This lego sheet is a great starter with smaller lego brick packs. I would definitely buy again and recommend.
