Metamorphosis

This book left a deep impression on me, truly extraordinary story and deeply uncomfortable read.
Just finished reading The Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka, and it left a deep impression on me. It’s fascinating how the story explores emotions so complex that even we, as humans, struggle to understand or process them. Grief slowly turns into anger and resentment. The person who is suffering begins to feel ashamed of needing help, while the caregiver gradually becomes numb and overwhelmed by the endless responsibility. Over time, the caregiver may start wishing, silently and guiltily, that the suffering would end, even if it means the person’s death.Kafka’s story offers a powerful perspective on both sides: the one who is suffering and the one who cares for them. It shows how both can become trapped in a painful cycle of grief, shame, and resentment. It's a hauntingly beautiful story that made me feel deeply uncomfortable.

He wrote it so perfectly. If you are a reader who like to read and get book dusted and then you should buy it but if you like collecting books and or to put it for your collection then go for the Hardcover because this will be damaged very soon because the quality is same as the priceA good quality book for it's price

Excellent Book, Decent Packing
I just finished reading "The Metamorphosis," and I couldn’t be happier with the book itself. Kafka’s work is as thought-provoking as ever, and the edition I received is well-made, with clear text and a solid binding. The packing was decent—nothing extraordinary, but it did its job well enough. The book arrived without any damage, which is always a relief. (P.s: but i would always prefer books to be at least bubble wrapped because it's already paperback so the chances of damage gets higher.)In short, if you’re interested in Kafka’s classic, this edition of "The Metamorphosis" won’t disappoint. The book is excellent, and while the packing was basic, it ensured the book arrived in good shape. Highly recommend it!

The kind of genius Kafka is!
Metamorphosis, Franz Kafkas one of the most if not the most well known books, this book is one of those where you're drawn in by just the thought of reading it,Kafkas writing excellence just shines through the entire book, the absurdity of it all,the situation is very absurd, unpleasant and very thought provocative themes. All in all i rate this book very highly and would recommend to anyone who's an intermediate or even just starting out, this is a very easy yet profound read. I am very excited to experience another Kafka masterclass in his other books.

Weird, deep and hit you quietly.
I went into this not expecting much, just a guy turning into a bug, right? But damn, Metamorphosis is more than that. It’s short but heavy. The kind of book that leaves you uncomfortable, but in a way that makes you think.Gregor’s slow isolation… how his family reacts… it’s all written so coldly and plainly that it actually hits harder. You start to feel what it’s like to be ignored, to become a burden, to just exist but not matter. It’s not a book full of action or fancy writing. It’s simple, strange, and depressing in a quiet way. But it sticks with you. Especially if you’ve ever felt like you didn’t quite fit or were slowly being pushed aside.Definitely not for everyone, but if you like weird, emotional stuff with meaning under the surface, this one’s worth a read.
