Battery does not take a charge at all - it's only at 44%, and the charger won't charge - says not compatible

If you are looking for a smartphone this isn't it. But honestly this is a nice little phone with a lot of modern amenities like navigation. My parents are older and can't handle a smartphone but this has nice battery life, nice sound levels and if you just want a phone to make and take calls, this has you covered. Don't let the negative reviews get you. This is a good phone.

Phone wouldn't charge (using the included charger or another one I already had); battery stayed at 67%. Unplugged the phone and the phone turned off. Seems to have shipped with a faulty battery.

I was hoping this phone would work for a replacement phone for my dad; however, when we tried to charge the battery it said it was always at 67%, and yet it never charged. Instead the battery died completely so the phone wouldn’t turn on any more. We even charged it over night, and it still didn’t work. We used a couple of different cables along with trying the original cable. I looked online for a battery replacement because the phone seemed like it would be good; however, all the reviews on this type of battery were the same. It only said it was charged 67% and yet the battery was dead. Very few people said they got a battery that worked. Overall the battery was a problem. We are returning this phone.
