This is a really great immunity blend. I take one every morning before work and one more once I'm home from work just for daily maintenance. I haven't been sick in a while, not even when my husband brought home Covid and another upper respiratory mess a couple months after that. I do, however, have allergy issues, and I'm very happy to see Olive and Oregano Leaf extract, which are supposed to be helpful for sinus inflammation. I've used Oil of Oregano nasal spray for my sinuses in the past. Overall this blend has everything you should want in an immunity blend from the vitamin c to the zinc to elderberry with some good extras thrown in that you don't usually see in the typical blends. I plan to keep using these and would definitely buy this immunity blend again.

It's good to keep this supplement around. It has the usual immune supporting vitamins like Vitamin C, D, E, B6, B12, Zinc, Selenium. In addition, it has a collection of extracts that build the immune system: L-Lysine, Ginseng, Astragalus, Echinacea, Elderberry, Garlic, Green Tea, Olive Leaf, Oregano, which allows you to cover all the bases if you're feeling under the weather. Great blend of immunity boosting herbs

These supplements have all the ingredients in it to boost the immune system. I feel like it's always nice to have on hand especially with the change of weather. Easy to swallow and not too big.
