D-Ring Cuff (without connector) for Digital Ambulatory blood pressure Monitor cuff , XL Adult size (38-55cm) (15-21.6 inch)

I needed a larger cuff for my son who was having issues with high blood pressure and needed monitoring. He is very large (385 pounds) and none of the regular adult cuffs would fit his upper arm. This cuff is well made, fit well, and we were able to monitor his BP so the doctor could adjust his meds. Highly recommend!

I'm 350 pounds and have large upper arms. This works well for me, is easy to use, and gives me a reading in line with the one I get at the doctor's office.

Lifter with arm size 17.5”. Cuff will need some “break in”. Material is a little stiff when new. Also I wish the tube would have exited out the bottom and not the top. Makes it awkward putting the cuff on.I like the cuff width, length and artery arrow for proper placement.I use this with an Omron machine. It provides consistent readings which enables the user to determine a true average. I use a stethoscope to listen for systolic/diastolic numbers and they match the readings on the machine using this cuff. Typically numbers are 7-10 lower on systolic compared to standard cuff that came w machine.Well worth the money.

Great Extra Large, has large velcro area that DOES NOT come undone in the middle of taking your BP.

item would not work with my omron automatic BP. The company was great a bout a refund however which is why Im giving 3 stars

This was a perfect replacement for the original cuff that came with my McKesson BP Monitor that was too small. This cuff is perfect for those with very large arms. This was the largest cuff I could find after an extensive internet search. Works perfectly.

Fits big arm. Yay! Only one I found to work with my machine.

My arm is right in the middle of the inches this cuff serves, and it is very cumbersome to put on yourself. I'm a tall person with long arms and this one nearly goes up to my armpit. Due to to odd width, this gives inaccurate readings, one time 180, one time 100, totally unreliable. (not my meter, this cuff!)
