The book is great and gets a 4 star instantly; the solo arrangement are single but very true to the piece. The CD on the other hand is a bit confusing; the track list when inserted into the computer has different song names than the title in the book which makes it a little difficult to find the song you are looking for.

I loved it,it's easy for beginners and intermediate.The CD is very easy to follow and it gives you a lot of help.The music selection is very good.I have several Pop music books to play with violin and the music that Youtubes upload as cover versions with violin etc come from this book.This is one of the bestI recomended.

This collection of movie instrumentals is great for beginners and really motivates my son to practice his viola. He loves the soundtrack songs and because he recognizes the melodies it's easier to catch his playing errors and self correct. He's already asking for more Lord of the Rings music!

My kids play viola and this book was great because they copuld pick an easy and fun song to learn how to play. They have 1 and 3 years experience behind them.

I thought this was a lot just to get Hedwigs theme for grade 2. However the music is lovely, my daughter is enjoying them, and I can have a stab at piano accompaniment as this is fairly easy too!

This is just what I need for my grade 2 group. The love playing film themes, and we've managed to arrange some so we can join with the flute group. There is alot of excitement about James Bond and Harry Potter
