I replaced a lightweight selfie stick that finally broke with this.I do video content and needed a lightweight selfie tripod that was stable and could turn the phone face downward to shoot onto a tabletop. First, I purchased one with a magnetic head. Seemed like a good idea but did not hold my phone securely enough and the magnetic phone mount would not turn to face the phone downward. Sent it back!The next one was a nice heave duty tripod, more of a traditional camera tripod. It seemed great, except again, the phone mount would not turn to face the phone downward over a tabletop.THIS ONE is the best of all worlds. It is lightweight but surprisingly solid and balanced. I love that the phone mount is not spring loaded but tension held. You open the jaws by loosening a screw, put the phone in and then tighten the jaws with the screw to make a perfectly snug secure fit. It takes a second to do, but it is widely adjustable to hold a phone in a case and solid. The tripod base spreads out sufficiently to create a stable footprint to support the tripod.AND, the bluetooth remote has both a wrist lanyard and a solid little cradle for it to sit in on the base of the tripod. No wonky magnetic mount, it sits in its place quite securely. It sync'd with my iPhone no problem.This is the ONE for me. Finally! Checks all my boxes and fees like it will hold up for a very long time.

I've had this for several months now and this selfie stick/Tripod is one of the best I have had. The construction is solid, the joints have all remained tight despite the enormous amount of wear and tear I have put on it! The grip is even wide enough for my Galaxy Note, and that's a big phone to be compatible with. I will most definitely be buying myself a spare for if/when this one ever gives out.

Think carefully about how you plan to use this. It has several ways to set it up, but for daily use—especially if you need to adjust it to different angles or fit it into small spaces—it’s not the most convenient option. If you’re looking for something static and have enough space to place it, this is ideal and the quality is very good.However, if you travel a lot and need something more versatile and easy to carry, there are better options out there. It can be a bit uncomfortable to transport if you pack light and want something quick and flexible, like a stick or compact stand. That said, it’s still a very good product, and I do recommend it.

This is the only smartphone tripod I’ve used, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. However, I am happy with the versatility of the design, and it has proved very useful in fulfilling my needs. It is lightweight yet sturdy and fairly easy to use. I sometimes have issues closing the legs of the tripod, but I suspect it’s more related to my unfamiliarity with it than its actual functionality. I have not used the Bluetooth feature yet because I don’t have a need for it but it seems promising.

Love this tripod and how easy to transport it is. This is the third one I purchase and love its sturdiness, how easy it is to use and take quality pictures with it. Wonderful for solo or couple travelers who dont want to rely on others taking pictures as well as for families so everyone can be part of the family portrait. Makes a great gift.

I've brought this to many gatherings/parties, and beach trips and it holds up well, but keep in mind that sand may mess up the tripod where it moves as sand will scratch the metal and may get stuck! Quick and efficient for standing up my phone. It is also fairly light compared to many other tripods.
