Great couch!
Very comfortable couch that is also great looking. I took a chance with this couch. Not many reviews or pictures of it online but am now very happy with this purchase. The cushions are medium firm. It is a good feel not overly hard but not plush where you sink into it. Tried many other couches in person and wasn't happy with the comfort or the quality for the price. Some made a crunchy sound when you sat on it. Others that were very uncomfortable or looked cheap. This couch is neither and is reasonable for the price. It is a quality product that fits great in my living room.

Size
The reason I gave this sofa 3 stars and not 5 is because it’s SMALL. For the price tag of $2000 plus, it should have been bigger. Other than that it’s decent quality and nice color.

Surfacing material is inaccurately labelled
This couch is well made and is firm, but comfortable. That said, the "flannel" descriptive is just so inaccurate. The material this couch is covered in is that velvety velour stuff that shows brush patterns whenever you touch it. It's just not nearly as pleasant or comfortable as flannel would be. It's a synthetic covering and is different than the description led me to expect. If I'd known, I wouldn't have purchased it. That said, we're reasonably happy with it, overall - hence, the 4-star rating.

Comfortable. Large.
Hesitant to buy online but not many furniture stores around here. Couch is large, very comfortable, gets cat hair on it but fabric cleans easily with a lint brush. It’s very heavy. Takes at least two strong people to move around, each section is so heavy.

Comfy modern looking couch
Great couch for the price- we are expecting our first kid and wanted a couch that had soft corners low profile and under $2k. It came in two boxes and was pretty easy to assemble!

Couch arrived damaged
The size and color of the sofa are exactly what I was looking for. The only thing is it arrived with a broken foot. Both screws were broken in halfEdit June 2023: changing review to 4 stars because I received replacements for the broken foot, without having to submit a request. Thanks for being proactive!
