SHIMANO FLAT PD-EF102 PEDALS IN BLACK RESIN

Light weight, solid, look good, reflectors integrated and cant fall off, excellent pedals

Bought these to replace the pedals that came with the bike which my feet kept slipping off while pedalling (and have no fixing points for toe clips). The large platform and studs grip really well. Good for pedalling and when coming to a halt at a junction. The black colour ties in well with the other fittings. Very happy with them so far. Only minor gripe was working out how to change the pedals because of the opposing threads - which way to loosen when removing the old pedals??? I had to refer to my bike repair book - Shimano fitting instructions could be much better.

Much better than the standard pedals that came with my road bike. Good size for my size 10’s but a little on the expensive side.I have Shimano everything else on the bike so I guess I’m just a sucker for a name/consistency

These are made of a very high quality durable plastic, super easy to install

Good foot coverage that's comfortable and allows for more aggressive riding with that extra power. Going from smaller pedals to this really showed me what I was missing.

Brought to replace the cheap ones supplied with bike. These are much heavier and have good grip due to the little spikes. Easy to fit and looking good!

Been using these pedals now for just over a month, they were advertised as being made of aluminium or some type of metal, not quite sure of that, they seem to be made of some type of sturdy plastic or a resin type material, I feel this because previous pedals that I have had from Shimano, metal ones, after a couple of rides the black paint starts to wear off, but not with these ones, so not quite sure what they are made off. But in the end quite a good set of pedals, of which I would recommend buying.
