Great for holding up to 10 lbs. of weight.
I’d recently bought a hat rack holder I could hang all of my visors for easy access, instead of continuing to pile them on top of each other inside the foyer closet. Every time I reached up for one on the top shelf, several would tumble to the floor. I wanted to be sure I got a good, adhesive hook I could stick to the back side of our foyer door. I chose Command XL Utility Hooks because I’ve used this brand before, and in the past, I have been impressed how easy it is to remove a hook from a door, wall, etc., without peeling off any paint. My visors now hang out of sight and are easier to access when I want to wear one before heading outside.

Definitely holds up!
I bought these to hang a giant Christmas wreath I bought for my front door. I used one and it held up all season long. It was easy to install and when I took the wreath down, it came off easily without damaging my door.
