Hello to all - I am very pleased with the positive actions of this seller. They have really impressed me. The seller read my comments and amended their packaging. This item now comes with directions. They also provided me the option of a refund or a replacement to the bungee version of this item. I took them up on the replacement version - that has a small bungee attached the the zipper handle. No tools needed, and no risk of damage to the original zipper, attachment takes only a few seconds and can be undone at any time. I love that version!! They work great, exactly as I'd hoped. This original version holds the zipper handle in a bit tighter. GREAT SELLER FEEDBACK~Original Review~I really wanted these for my ski jacket and my safety vest at work. For the times when I'm wearing thick gloves, having an extra large zipper clasp would be extremely helpful. So I was excited when I saw these. They arrived fast enough, but there were no directions. Just a clear plastic bag. Nothing, no directions, ne explanations, not even a description of what they were. The absolute worst case of advertising and product support I've ever seen. So I went back to the Amazon Page where I got them. There was an explanation, but it was extremely vague. A Google search gave me some tutorials and video links. " SPOILER " ... It isn't easy to swap out zipper latches. You have to pry the old one open - put tge new one in (and somehow hold it in place while using one hand to line up the top piece again, and your other hand to clamp the top back in place. So .. it takes two people and some tools and some dexterity. Oh, and that's the easy part. It is very unlikely you will be able to re-use the top piece that you popped off. One of mine broke apart and couldn't be used again. Now I have to buy a complete zipper assembly. A second time, the top piece went back on, and held for about 2 weeks - then came off under normal use. Another throw away, and replacement needed. - Bottom line - these are a great idea with absolutely no way to use them .... GOOD NEWS .... this same company has an updated version. I am so happy. The new version uses an attached band to loop through the old zipper, causing no damage to the zipper AND it holds strong!!!! The new version is great. Not this version. Same company, not sure if I'm allowed to give a link, but with a quick search you will find them.

So glad I got these zipper pulls. I had luggage, book bags that were missing the pulls from the zipper and these came in so handy. Nice, thick & sturdy feels good in my hands when I use them and I don't worry that they will break or not be able to zip up/down for me when needed. Thought it might be difficult to apply at first when I saw that it needed a tool to help get it attached but I did it fine. It comes in a pack of 2 which I would call a medium and a large size.

The product itself is a nice, solid T-handle zipper pull. You get the large and smaller sizes. Great!The manner in which it tells you to install may vary HIGHLY depending on what kind of product you are installing them on. I tried to use them on a snowboarding jacket- I broke the zipper piece on the jacket and had to end up having the entire zipper replaced.***I would recommend a small key ring to install these ars a new pull or even a zip tie if you really don't care. Just be careful about pulling your zipper apart with pliers, as it says in the instructions.Much of the zipper pulls are made with low-quality metal that is not made to bend, it will just break apart.But, this has nothing to do with this product, they are quality and are strong. I put one on a heavy duffel as well and it pulls much better and easier than the old tab zipper because you can wrap your fingers around them.

Used this with a small zip tie to keep my kids school uniform sweater in commission through the end of the school year. So far so good. Pleased with the purchase.I only with that it had some kind of small clip with a swivel. Like one of those used for easily switching lures on fishing line. The hardest part was securing it to the broken zipper.

This worked for my cooler zipper - but I wish that the attachment would have been designed to be opened up to fit a zipper that was broken. Zippers have a small hole where the old pull was and this would work great to slip metal ring through that hole - but it is not possible. So - 4 stars, sorry!

I think if we had different zippers it would have worked easier.Even so zipping the suitcase is now an option where before I was ready to throw out the suitcase.

This came with two sizes of jacket pulls. They are very heavy duty and they were easy to install and use on the zippers. They work well.
