I ordered this kit with some trepidation because of the price but I was very impressed with the quality. It was well packed and worked out of the box having the basic firmware for upload installed. There is no documentation but I knew that before I ordered so this is not for the total newbie but I would not hesitate to recommend it for more experienced makers. The only criticism is that the heatsinks for the FETs are stuck on with what appears to be double sided tape leaving some doubt as to the thermal performance but so far no problems with driving NEMA17 steppers and even a 2W Laser. So, it's really rather good....

Good service on delivery. Packaged well and decent looking production, although the power connectors seemed cheap and flimsy, flexing when screwing down the power inputs and outputs.I followed the firmware instruction to find out the firmware linked to was very old. So eventually managed to get marlin rc8 installed with a bit of editing to suit the printer I was installing it on.Unfortunately, the 11amp input melted as soon as I started to heat the hotbed. Luckily I hadn't left the printer alone. I would therefore recommend removing the cheap power connector and soldering direct to the board. In addition, I recommend using a mosfet for the bed. These are also recommended steps if you do search online.Other than that, this kit works great.

Very good set, I tested everything, but i could not find out how to upload the filmware, but the seller wanted to help and helped me alot with finding this out, I realy should recomend this to anyone who is looking for an good but low price ramps board!

I am very satisfied with this product, I use Arduino 1.5.4 for the firmware and it works like it should, easy to use and easy to upload and change firmware.

VERY, VERY, VERY BAD QUALITY.I believe that the device will not work!A lot of tin, a lot of short circuits.On the main board, the control board, the display board. So probably not going to work.I'm looking for sending me the kit without all faults.
