I went on the 'Red Tea Detox' which lasted 8 days. So I drank 56 oz of this tea every day for 8 days. The book I used said to add cinnamon, fresh ginger, fennel, and saffron [I used v little saffron bec of the $$, but a lot of the other ingredients]. I have IBS and have never done a detox bec they are usually very hard on the GI system. But this tea has no caffeine and has a 'soft' flavor. It also really did help to stem my appetite [I was also drinking over a gallon of water a day, which I find doesn't take my appetite away.] My stomach remained totally calm while drinking this tea; in fact, it seemed better than usual. I was also really relaxed and productive. Needless to say, I'm giving it a bit of a break now, but it's incredible value for money--you get a HUGE bag for very little cost and it really is delicious. I'm so grateful to have discovered it and in a week or so plan to go back to drinking it in a more moderate way. The packaging meant the tea was vacuum sealed and you can cut the bag so that you can zip-lock it after each use. Thanks Tealyra for offering such an excellent tea at such a great price!

I almost passed this tea by because another brand was cheaper. Well, when I actually looked at the tea I currently have, it looks like it has been ground like coffee and it's kind of a dull brown. While this tea, you can actually see the needles in this tea and it is red in color. When brewed, it has good flavor and color. I bought the 8 ounce pack this time, but I will be back for more when this runs out. I put the tea I already had in a jar and put it aside for a back up and am using this tea first.

I mix this rooibos into a brand of "rooibos chai" to get the mix of flavor I want. It's very good and consistent quality.

I've ordered this a number of times. Every delivery is right on time, exactly as promised and of high quality. If you're into high quality healthful herbal teas, this is a really good buy.What the world mostly doesn't know: rooibos tea has high antioxidants and is strongly anti inflammatory. It's one of the healthiest of teas. It has a great color and a unique enticing flavor. Buy a small amount to give it a try. It's a great tea if you like herbals. It's my favorite.

Tasty, but needs to steep longer than instructions say for better flavor.

I grew up drinking bush tea in South Africa, but struggled to find good, fresh tea here in the US, until this. I opened the packet and the fresh, slightly sweet, grassy smell took me back to my childhood. Its tasty, strong and dark in colour too. I'm thrilled to have found TEALYRA

This has to be the best tasting red rooibos tea I have ever purchased. It is smooth and so fresh tasting. Def buying another bag!
