Update,The company was very proactive in contacting me concerning the points I mentioned in my review, and that's refreshing considering the poor level of "customer service" a lot of places offer these days.They were very nice and helpful, and I think they actually will try to improve the chair based on the reviews from customers.Just for the great customer service, I'm going to add a star.============ Original Review Follows =================I like how it looks.I like the forward-back seat adjustment. That's a big plus that you don't find on a lot of chairs.I like how it sits high, but I'm over 6 feet tall...so it might not be comfortable for someone shorter.I like that it feels sturdy and heavy.But there are two things I don't like...almost to the point of being disappointed I bought the chair:1) I do not like that the adjustments on the arm rests and headrest don't lock in place. Several times a day, I put a little pressure on the arm rest, and it moves forward, moves back, or rotates unexpectedly.2) The head rest has no front-to-back adjustment, but up and down and angle. It's fine where it is if I lean the chair back, but when I'm sitting completely upright, I don't want the headrest to come out to where my head is.The chair is comfortable once you get everything set to your liking, and it has plenty of adjustment. I just wish it felt a little more tightly engineered.The inability to lock the arm and head rests isn't enough for me to take the thing apart, box it back up, and return it. But I can't recommend this chair.

This looks nice. This is sturdy. This is mesh, so it breaths and is comfortable. It has so many adjustments so you can get it to feel great for anyone. We have purchased over 5 computer chairs in the last 6 years (none have stood up) I could tell this one was much better during assembly. I wish I would have paid a little more in the first place because in the long run this is a better value for your money. My teen son said that he has called asleep on it.

Follow up from review bellow. While I was slightly disappointed with the chair, the customer service is amazing. They quickly replied to me and even offered a FULL REFUND. Despite my personal opinions of the product, any company that is willing to stand by their product like that is phenomenal in my book. I have since changed my star rating to reflect my new opinion.I expected more from this chair given its price point. While it offers a decent range of adjustments, it falls short in comfort. The lumbar support is fixed in place and cannot be adjusted up or down, which makes it less suitable for people of different heights. Additionally, the footrest is poorly designed—it slides out on its own whenever the chair moves because there’s no locking mechanism to keep it in place. Overall, it feels like form was prioritized over function.

I was honestly surprised by how easy this chair was to set up took me maybe 10–15 minutes from opening the box to having it fully assembled. For the $300 price tag, it actually feels like a great deal. The footrest slides out smoothly, the armrests adjust easily, and the recline goes back farther than I expected (in a good way). The headrest is a nice touch too, especially if you spend a lot of time at your desk it’s just a really comfortable, well-built chair overall.
