I was having a lot of heart palpitations. I had my doctor run me through every test there is and my heart came up perfectly healthy and told me the palpitations while annoying, are ultimately harmless. After reading a bit from an online support group for palpitations, a few members recommended magnesium as it's something that very many people are deficient in. This magnesium remedy absolutely blew me away. After 45 minutes of taking the recommended dosage, my heart palpitations stopped *almost* completely. Within a week, of taking these daily, they did go away *completely*.Apparently I was magnesium deficient because these gummies changed my life. Heart palpitations went from extremely annoying to gone completely.As far as taste, they're good enough. Only a tiny bit of vitamin taste, but mostly tastes like a chewy orange candy.I should put as a disclaimer though that before you try to remedy heart palpitations, you should first make sure your doctor clears you of any serious issues. But if you've done that, I cannot recommend trying these enough!

I heard that magnesium is good for a lot of things and could help with sleep support so I ordered these gummies to give it a try. I’m not great at taking pills so I usually order gummy vitamins, which can vary in taste. These actually taste good! As for assisting with sleep, they’ve helped me so far. I’d recommend giving them a try.
