our family owned a very large property for decades that for some reason we could never sell, all of the property around us appreciated over the years, it was a beautiful historic property a few hundred years old and if someone make an offer it was ridiculously based and extremely low. even properties that were smaller were selling for more than we were offered, we never had any really serious offers and only low ballers wasting our time. i started to read a few things about crystals and landed upon some things involving feng shui which lead me to feng shui frogs. the very next day after i placed a feng shui frog at the front door of the property…facing inward, we had an offer…a serious offer and thus was the offer that finally sold the property that we had tried to sell for years. before we sold this property one of the tenants overheard me talking about the frog and asked if i had an extra one, i gave him one and stressed … “from the front door facing inward!!!” i guess this is what you get from helping stupid people…he put it facing outward and immediately afterward, the buyer insisted on a reduced sale price for some frivolous repairs, the tenant i tried to help had some mishaps missing the closing and lost all of his equipment and fixtures since he didn’t vacate before the property closing…no sympathy from me there! REMEMBER. at the door FACING INWARD!
