Worked great out of the box
These awesome, got these to replace some old ones I had with sun damage. Out of the box they work and look great.

Works with DIY PiKVM
Picked these up to add an led display to my DIY PiKVM. It was plug and play with the latest DIY piKVM os build. Picked this kit up because I liked the color variety.

Works, but poor build quality
None of the three LCD modules were mounted squarely on the PCB. They were all twisted relative to the board (two by an almost indiscernible angle, the third (blue) one by an easily viewable angle).

Good for the price
The display is nice and bright but there is interference sometimes which screws with the display

Perfect for Jumbospot MMDVM
These are perfect for building a MMDVM hotspot. You have to be careful as the first pin must be VCC and the second pin must be GND fir the Jumbospot type MMDVM boards. I tried twice buying them from China and they sent GND VCC instead of VCC GND twice. Amazon got it right.

Don't buy
I got these and not a single one even lit up, I swapped out another oled that I knew was good and it lit right up. If not even 1 out of 3 worked they're absolutely junk.

2 of 3 were DOA. 3rd works great.
I pulled my hair out trying to figure out what I was doing wrong before I eventually started trying all of the LCDs in the trio to find that 2 of the 3 were just broken.Updating my review a few days later:-The first LCD wouldn't work no matter what I did.-The second LCD would come on but its like the coordinate system was off. The 0,0 origin (top left) would flicker and bounce around the screen so the "picture" would constantly change position. Sometimes the display would just be white noise instead of the bitmap or text being sent to it.-The third LCD worked exactly as you'd expect. It's been running for 72 hours without issue. I'm updating the display about every 200+ms FYI. The display is crisp and looks nice.Original review:I can use the i2c_scanner to detect a device at 0x3C like you'd expect but the LCDs never give any indication of being powered.

Work great.
Use them for ham radio MMDVMs. Pinouts located in proper locations.
