I use this tape occasionally to help support my knee during various activities. It sticks very well, supports the affected area and when properly applied it does not come off until you remove it. As is is very sticky you must be careful when removing the tape, I was mindful not to pull it right off, I found that it was best to hold tape near effected area and pull slowly.

Works really well, great price, STRONG adhesive. Use baby oil or coconut oil and it will come off MUCH easier. A fair amount of adhesive stays behind on skin, but again, oil helps and then can use dawn dishsoap and a washcloth and rest comes off easily. I have very sensitive skin when it comes to adhesives, no issues though when using the oil vs straight trying to pull off on it’s own

Be careful not to put this onto an area of your body that has a lot of hair, because this amazing tape stays on for days - even after the elasticity wears off: I speak from painful experience! :) Seriously, this tape helped my arthritic knee way more than I thought it would/could. Very impressive...the elasticity lasted for (I think) three full days. It stayed secure through multiple showering where I thought it would eventually lose it's sticking force. Nope! Long about the 5th day I began taking it off...wincing all the way through, looking at all the hair left on the tape. Lesson learned: Shave where it's being applied next time, or use a solvent to help remove it.

These are super easy to use, all you do is cut, peel, and place. They can be difficult to remove and re-adjust depending on how long they have been placed. Overall is a great addition to my aid kit.

Works, but not for long starts to get irritated itchy and all.

I bought this for plantar fasciitis on my right foot. I watched a couple YouTube videos on how to tape my foot and use this tape. The tape works great! I wore through a couple showers and still stays on great. Sometimes it will Peel a little on the ends after applying. I just cut them off to the point of where they are adhering to my skin. No worries still works great.

I cosplay male characters and use open chest binding with athletic tape. I’ve tried several brands including KT but always had issues with skin ripping and irritation. I’ve been using OK tape now for a while and it’s hands down the best. It has incredible holding power and one application stays on for 5+ days without stretching out. No issues with removal, it comes off after a few days in the shower. Ive also used it for ankle stability and blister prevention and loved it for those purposes too.Of note though, not all the different packs are the same. The 4 pack is not as strong and the backing is slightly different in design. The single and 3 roll versions however are great.
