Recently lost my first one but re-ordered a new one so we will be back in business. Grey version is more vintage looking in my opinion but this device is everything.Very easy to use and even more easier to add more games. The video quality runs a “little” too smooth for it to be only “$119”. The more games you add the more value you bring to it.5/5 if I lose it again, I’ll be buying another one this type I’ll cry though because it’s really easy to become emotionally attached after a while lol

Came with lots of solid games, some consoles don’t work like the DS roms don’t even load. It’s easy to add roms. The unit I received has a weird light leaking from the bezel around the screen, like a white pixel that shouldn’t be there otherwise I’d give it 5 stars.

first time trying to charge it and it won’t charge at all. using the included charging cord. also glitches in game and fails to save games. no way to get support outside the 30 days. someone please help

Got mine in and i love it..saw in a review someone said there's no games..thats not true...make sure to check your box that it came in and youll find the sd card with all your games on it...hope this helps cheers

I am so glad I chose this as my only retro handheld! It has taken me some time to get used to holding it but other than that my experience has been perfect. It is also easy to add missing roms yourself. 100% would buy again.

Update: 3/28/24 and 4/20/24After just one week of owning this handheld gaming console the games disappeared. The TF card shows 5 total games and the speaker is making a cracking sound. So the audio is inaudible. This is very disappointing because it has tons of games and a lot of great features and it's a blast to play. I really loved this until I ran I to those two issue.So I sent back because of the above issues and received a replacement. Again, I was terribly disappointed. I wanted this because it has android and it has the capability of casting to a Chromecast. I've heard there are lag issues but was willing to take my chances. Anyway, I bought a Chromecast which worked with my phone as well as my computer but did not work with this handheld. So again, I returned it.------------------------------------------------I do not have much experience with these handheld devices. But the ones I have tried require a great deal of effort to set up, the OSs tend to be unstable, and are prone to having many issue. However, this one is ready to go straight out of the box and works great!The device comes with the Batocera Linux operating system which is very stable compared to others I have used. Since this device has a dual boot operating system it also comes with Android. If a game does not play in Linux I try using Android and it typically works. In addition, I flashed 2 other operating systems ArkOS and JelOs on separate micro SDs, which was very easy to do by doing some research online. I really like that I can change operating systems with just inserting another sd card and rebooting.As for the games, I was surprised that most of the games operate smoothly and work very well. Do not expect any Mario games to come with this one but the game selections provided are still pretty good retro-wise. You can also do some research on how to add more of your favorites from your current catalog just in case they do not come stock.The Bluetooth works flawlessly with both earbuds and controllers. The mini HDMI also works perfectly too. The touch screen is very good but is only operational in Android. So if you want Android and a touch screen you will need to upgrade to the RG353V model. It also fits very comfortably in the palm of my hands. Also, has nice analog sticks, D-pad, and buttons work great. It is very comfortable to play for long periods of time. This was a concern fore since I have seen many online reviews that say it is too small to have analog sticks so close together. My hands are on the medium to small side so perhaps that is why it is so comfortable for me.All in all this is a great system. I have had this for 3 days and cannot put it down. I play for about 5 hours a day and love it!

Product exceeds exceptions. Delivered earlier than expected over Christmas period. Easy to use. Gift for my nephew but my son loves setting for so much with need to buy him something similar but PSP looking. Definitely recommend.
