I initially took a small 14 tablet packet to try that worked like charm so i bought the bigger box.i am diabetic from 12 years and decided to move out of medicine 4 years back to control it through diet and lifestyle changes. Problem was if my sugar levels e.g. went to 150 then even if i dont eat anything, it would remain the same throughout the day. My morning sugar used to be like 140-150 and then small number of carbs would push it back up. I used to walk 1 hr in night to bring it down to 120 level or so but in morning again back to 130+.With berberine, even if i am at 150/170 before taking medication the morning sugar is always under 100. This is irrespective of me going for walk or not. Its almost 1.5 months i am taking it and somehow i have lost about 2 kgs of additional weight.Overall really happy with the outcome.
