Shires Blenheim Adults Leather Spur Straps

Ok so I don’t have a horse, I don’t even ride! So why then did I purchase these straps you may ask! Well I have a couple of pairs of lovely leather sandals with ankle straps. I’ve had them a while, not used much with plenty of life left in them. However, after having had a few ops on my feet, my ankles puff up especially travelling and in the heat. The straps just about still fit but are quite tight, so I would have no chance wearing on holiday. I went to the local cobblers who said it would be about £10 per strap to replace or extend. £20 per pair £40 total!!!! So I started to think what I could do. At first I thought I’d go to a charity shop and purchase a larger pair of sandals with straps and swap, however, I decided to Look on here for ankle straps, leather straps etc. Saw these and thought for the money they are worth a go! Well yes they worked!! I had to cut them as they were very long, in fact I now wish I had bought the children’s version which I’ve worked out size wise would have been perfect! I bought the black ones which went perfectly with my black sandals. Haven’t sorted the brown ones out yet as I’m unsure if the colour of the brown would be suitable. Anyway, I’m very pleased with myself for my ingenuity 😂 and pleased with the outcome! Also the price!!!

最初紐が硬すぎて穴に通すやつが手に刺さり血が出てきて痛かったです。

穴を追加して使用しています。幅が10ｍｍ程なので少し不安ですが使用感は問題ありません。皮も2重になっており、拍車の固定感は十分にあります。
