Great overall
High quality peice, works great, battery life is much better than the cheaper models, the dual speakers sound a lot better, and the higher resolution screen is far superior to the cheaper series. I've tried both. This aluminum bodied version is the only way to go, imo.

Used to love playing video games when I was younger. This is easy to use, easy to travel with , comfortable to hold , great performance , and looks great for the price

So cool
Bought this for my husband. He loves it! Still blows my mind that most of the games I grew up with can be put on little devices like this. Great little game, all the nostalgia, works perfect. Just putting on the little screen protector was annoying and I missed a corner -_-

Defective screen. Unusable.
Red lines begin to form on the screen after about a minute of use. Turning the screen off and on again makes the problem go away for a few seconds and then it comes back. Even when the screen isn’t covered by red lines the text sharpening makes most things unreadable. This is a real piece of junk. Don’t buy it.

Worth it
If you are getting into retro gaming. The rg405m is perfect for most of the consoles except ps2 and up. Some Ps2 games are playable. Other than that, I like it a lot.

Amazing but needs better Quality Control
Great build great design but needs better quality control the R button began to malfunction after only 2 days everything else was fine but the quality control needs to be better handled

Solid emulation machine
Works as advertised, came with a lot of software to emulate with, but didn't come with the SD card that had games on it. Not a big problem for me, but for someone new to emulation who doesn't know where to start this could be an issue.The system boots up fast and runs every game I've tried with very few problems, the battery is great. There's a loose screw or something inside the shell that's rattling around when you pick it up, but the aluminum shell feels solid and nothing has broken.The size is perfect it fits easily in the pocket and locking the screen suspends emulation so you can pause play anytime and pick right back up again, no problem.Overall it's a solid machine and I've enjoyed it thoroughly.
