I haven't had this part on my truck 2 months and its already failed. Now my truck is stuck kn 4wd low and I have to purchase another actuator plus pay my mechanics labor fees AGAIN. I absolutely do not recommend this item from this seller.

Works Like It Should have
Easy install, works like it should. Works like OEM part, I have 4wd again. Not sure how long this will last, seems to be made of quality materials though. For those unfortunate souls who have to replace the transfer case motor here are some tips for success. 1) Disconnect the negative battery cable, 2) Remove old part then install new one, 3) Reconnect the negative battery cable, 4) Turn key to on position (do not start engine) then shift transmission to neutral. Press 2hi button on the dash and your new motor should be working. Cycle through all the buttons to make sure everything functions.

Didn't fit
2000 silverado 2500, the female receiver on the motor is like an 1/8" too small. Seemed like it was built well enough but no dice for me in actually working/testing it out

Lasted a year
Worked for a year. Installed it may 2024, just stopped working. I have a feeling it wasn't sealed very well, usually the cause of these failing. The insides get wet, then electronics corrode. Once I replace it, I'm going to open it to verify.
