Switched reluctantly from another brand that quit making this dosage. This dosage works good for me....however sometimes its hard to get back to sleep after that first trip to the bathroom.

These work very well with 6 mg of melatonin per tablet. The L- theanine is a nice addition, but it's a small amount. When taken before bedtime I felt much more relaxed and slept better. These smell good with a great cherry scent, but there is a slight chalky taste. The slight chalky taste is not terrible, but it is there. In description these are called fast melts. I found nothing fast about the ones I received. I find it easier to just chew the tablet and let the powder dissolve. Even with these issues they're probably better absorbed than most others. At the recommended amount of one per day the bottle will last two months. They are a great price for the amount and are made in the USA.

These dissolving tablets have been great at helping me fall asleep and are very easy to take.These don't make me feel dizzy like Nyquil or Zzzquil and I feel like they are just as effective. If I'm really feeling like I need to get to sleep fast I'll take two doses although about 95% of the time, one is more than enough.The taste is alright, not sweet or bitter, and very easy to take overall since they simply dissolve, taste could be slightly improved (hence they're 4 stars and not 5).Overall, if you're having trouble falling asleep these are an affordable and effective option that will help you to fall asleep fast and they'll provide deep sleep so you'll wake up feeling rested.

I sooooo wanted these to help me sleep soundly. Unfortunately, they just didn't work for me. The test is pretty good though. They are also a quick melt format.

First, let me say I was happy to see these are made (not just distributed) in the United States. I seldom have any problems falling asleep at night, but I commonly wake up in the wee hours of the morning and sometimes have trouble falling back to sleep. I don't have a home lab, so I have no way of checking the ingredients and purity of these tablets. The best I can do is try them and see how they work for me. The short answer is they didn't help at all in my case. Other reviewers have said that these work for them, so if Melatonin has worked for you in the past, these probably would work for you as well.

I really like the natures lab brand of supplements. No junk fillers and made in the USA. I use melatonin nightly as it works just as well as any prescription sleep medicine and does not have a morning groggy side affect. It's also very hard to find a melatonin & L-Theanine combo and this bottle is fantastic. The Melatonin aids in falling asleep and staying asleep, the L-Theanine aids in a more restful sleep for myself (I find I dream less with L-Theanine which is good for me). This is my first time trying a fast melt versus just a regular capsule. All though the taste is not that pleasant, these work very well for me (a minute of good dissolving for hours a great sleep is a good take away for me). I'd like for this company to make a regular capsule version of this melatonin L-Theanine combo as I would definitely try those as well. These also only have 6mg of melatonin whereas I was taking 10mg a night so super great that I am able to take a lower dose and get the same effect because of the L-Theanine in it. Definitely pleased and highly recommend this product
