Would Buy Again
I have been using this for a week. The learning curve is small.I switched the Right/Left Buttons in the Windows settings so that left is left and right is right. The thumb buttons size and placement are just right. They are not inheritably programmable, but rumor has it I can program them with 3rd party utility apps.

Take some getting use to, super comfortable for 8 hour work day with heavy mouse work
Bought this from a recommendation from a coworker and after some getting used to it’s great at alleviating wrist and hand pain for all day computer work. Very accurate when moving around the screen. It only works for me through blue tooth not through the little connecting piece which is fine with me as it work great

I Like it so Far
First time having a mouse shaped like this, and honestly I immediately got used to it and prefer the design. Feels good for my hand and wrist.Pros: fits my hand perfect, silent clicking, quick scroll, bluetooth or plug in option, budget friendly, fan of the design and LED at bottomCons: sometimes the mouse randomly right clicks or the click doesn't respond at all. If that problem persists I'll probably have to get a new mouse

Great value and works as described
I absolutely love this! I never thought holding your hand in a natural position would be such a game changer. I also like the color changing lights on it.

So much potential with the way this mouse is designed!
Whoever was the industrial designer for this mouse should be a contender for a design award. Seriously.Since ergonomics is mainstream nowadays, and there are some universal traits across all human hands, the mold for this mouse not only addresses hand angle, but really considers where you rest your fingers and palm pad with cutouts and surfaces that really caters to them. Also, with other mice, they rely on your fingers other than your thumb to exert a good amount of force to move other mice around. This mouse actually shifts that balance a bit, with the rear of the mouse being thicker where the base of your thumb and your palm pad rests on the mouse, which to me makes more sense, as they're the larger, stronger parts of your hand for mouse usage. This then relieves the stress and the responsibilities that often afflicts the other fingers, relegating them more to just simply either resting or clicking mouse buttons. My existing mouse that I'm replacing that seems to be glitching recently is one of the earliest Anker vertical mice with a much simpler design. The finger pads of my thumb, my pinkie finger, and a little bit of my palm pad are the points used to move my old mouse around. I really think the design of the mouse I'm reviewing is more efficient than my Anker in this regard.Meanwhile, trying out ergonomic high-touch human interface devices is a lot like trying on clothes. I've ordered several ergonomic, vertical mice to try, and will probably return most of them. One of them is the Logitech Lift which is nowhere nearly as comfortable as this mouse. And I really, really want my hand to fit this mouse, because that's how much I really dig this mouse.Unfortunately, it's a tad small, where the last digit of all of my fingers protrude beyond the buttons of the mouse. For reference, my middle finger is 8 inches from the point my hand meets my wrist to the tip of my middle finger. The scroll wheel is in the middle of my middle finger. It's not too difficult to imagine my fingers frequently curling up in order to use this mouse. So, I'm compelled to return this mouse. (Funny, as I'm typing on my ergo keyboard, I'm also noticing that it's a bit "small" for my hands too, but that's another story.) But I *REALLY* want to keep it because it seems so well designed for my hand otherwise. I wouldn't mind plugging a USB cable into it every night before heading to bed to top off its charge if my hands were only smaller. Also, what's up with the current spate of mice having quiet buttons- but the current trend of keyboards is to have clicky keys?

Perfect Erganomics, faulty hardware or software and bad troubleshooting.
Click function stopped working after less than a year of heavy use. I followed all the recommended fixes on their video and on their blog and nothing worked. It pairs and moves around but won't click. I use Bluetooth mode due to using a new Microsoft computer wit USB-C ports only. I could not find a link to the drivers anywhere nor did the mouse or the driver pop up under Pointers and Mice on Windows when the mouse was paired or otherwise. This is an urgent issue as it's the only mouse I have on my remote work trip to Cusco Peru and electronic stores arent easy to access on this hill. It's a huge issue as I have work right now. I tried calling their phone number and it answered in Chinese and hung up on me when I said "Mouse issue, English." I can't belive their driver links aren't on their website it's a serious oversize. Otherwise this is the best designed mouse I harlbe tried and I've bought dozens ove the years the ergonomics are perfect so I'm really hoping they become more professional in the future and that they ship internationally because I'd like them to send a replacement to where I am in Cusco Peru.

Revised REVIEW
This mouse started nicely, but three months later, it began to lose connectivity. As of today, it's no longer worth using due to its poor connection. I will not recommend this product.(REVISED) Review customer reached out and sent another unit out to me. So this is what I know at this time: the Bluetooth setting connection is the best for a consistent connection.I also feel that the company really wants to have satisfied customers, for them to replace the product well after the time limit, speaks a lot to me. I hope that this is the one that feels good for my hand size.Thank you
