This product works great. I was hospitalized for a UTI and got put on IV for antibiotics and I was sent home with more antibiotics to take. Only when I started taking this product is when I started feeling better. I currently take it in order to prevent any more UTI's and to keep my urinary tract healthy. I am glad that I found this.

It did not work for me. I am trying to find another brand.

I was ready to leave a one star review because the taste really is disgusting and it didn’t work for me. This medicine is very expensive to not work and have so many positive reviews. I am still feeling pain and will still have to get some antibiotics.But before I wrote my review I did my follow up home uti test and was surprised to see it actually did clear up the nitrate completely that was in my urine originally. When I originally tested for a UTI the nitrates tested a light pink- definitely positive. I also tested positive for Leucocytes. This medicine cleared up the nitrates completely but the leukocytes are the same as before.Unfortunately- this medicine was not enough to cure me. I will still have to go the doctor. If you do a home uti test and only test positive for nitrate though- I think this medicine could be enough to fight it.

I received the product with a broken seal, contacted the seller. I did not see a written response however it appears the postal carrier dropped a replacement yesterday. So I am removing the one star review, I can now try the product and give An honest review after trial. Coming from a person with a severe infection that grew and led to kidney issues because it was being treated incorrectly. I try different natural products for my Urinary tract health in order to try keep the note recurring infections low. Hang tight for 2 weeks to get an update :) I will be combining with my current regimen

This is.an amazing product. I’ve never been big on so-called natural treatments but this has changed my mind. It virtually eliminated the symptoms I was experiencing and did so in less than a day. Very impressed and a customer for life now.

This UT Complete product works. Started noticing improvement after just 3 / 4 days. Its liquid...thus absorbs to a much greater degree than ANY pills...period. Very good value and its 100% organic -- NO GMOs -- NO chemicals -- NO pesticides -- NO contaminants -- Etc.

🤣🤣🤣 This thing is working almost instant after just 2 table spoon and still have 4 more to go for the rest of the day. Tried everything else even prescription took forever to see a slight difference.
