A very little goes a long way.!!Use this gel sparingly. It has a deep deep heating effect. Be careful when using on thinner skin and sensitive areas, such as the back of the knees etc, as this gel gives a hot deep heat unlike many standard products, like Deep Heat etc.I use this amazing product on my painful arthritic knees. I apply it sparingly while wearing a non-latex glove. The deep heating effect is so soothing, but be careful with the amount you apply as it does get very hot after a short period of time. I would definitely recommend this product for aching joints.

Does what it does its not as strong as tiger balm just takes the edge off it pain wise

Although price has gone up quite a lot recently it's brilliant stuff, works really well on all aches and pains we call it unicorn gel, make sure you wash hands thoroughly after use.
