You get what you pay for. I got exactly what I expected with this. During the setup some of the holes didn't align. They appeared to be like half inch off or something. I started flipping parts around and realized that they do fit. There's a left-handed way and a right-handed way to put this together. Follow the directions on which way you want it to put together. And then pay attention to detail. I did this by myself it took a couple hours. I'm pleased with the result. I'm going to need to get a little bigger gaming chair. Cause the camping chair I'm using right now just is a little too short. I got the 69-in model. Nice. I guess I could consider myself lucky because there were no missing parts and no broken parts.

This desk is everything that I was looking for. It was exactly as described and arrived with no damage. It is a little complicated to assemble due to the amount of parts but I was able to figure it out with the given manual. I do with description had all the dimensions of the desk but that was the only issue. The quality is as expected of the price point and it is sturdy enough to hold up my two monitors on a dual monitor arm. The fabric drawers are perfect for storage and the outlets on the desk are super convenient.

It's a pretty nice desk. The 53" is a little cozy so if you have the room, I'd probably recommend the 61" instead. It's solid and sturdy overall. The size was really the appeal as it makes good use of the space without being overly bulky. You'll want to have 2 sets of hands to put it together and ideally probably a cordless drill with a set of allen keys. I couldn't imagine doing this by hand. Took about 2.5 hours to put together. The instructions are not well thought. for example I'd definitely build out and attach the top frame and then put the L frame together. Assembling it as written led to me taking pieces apart, flipping stuff around because it didn't line up. There's no dependency between the two so why not take out the guess work (especially if you have the extra set of hands to hold the top up while you screw it together). Anyways, seems functional, not really sure of the "gaming" gimmick. I mean sure if could be a gamer desk like any other desk I suppose. It does the job and looks nice once completed.

Nice desk. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Assembly wasn’t very hard. I suggest two people just because of size. One adult and one kid can knock this out fairly easy. It’s possible with one adult but just easier with some help. It looks good and the quality is nice. It can be adjusted to the angle you want so right or left. Not to big it did measure as stated in the description. It’s not overly heavy after assembly either.

Update: (They contacted me and went above & beyond to make it right!! 5 stars!! )Very top shelf had a lump on it not sure if it was manufacturing or shipping a corner of the box was damaged don't think it was from shipping cuz this is on top of board almost had it together when noticed it.. bummer wouldn't of been able to put it back in box!! Would be great if they can send me just that one piece and a new light strip since that gets stuck to that top piece! Otherwise I like the desk nice color!

I love this desk! It looks rustic because of the wood look it has... Even though the drawers are fabric, they work for I needed them for and the shelves are nice too... The riser for the monitor is nice too as it keepsthe monitor up off the desk and at eye level... It WAS a little hard to put together but thats just us here at my house!! LOL I say now, I should have gotten the BIGGER one!
