I purchased a replacement battery from a different supplier and it failed within a month. I gave up looking at cheap replacements after that and decided I would just use the laptop plugged in all the time. After a while I became frustrated doing that and thought I would give another inexpensive batttery a try and if it didn't work out I would either purchase a new laptop or bite the bullet and pay the $120 for a Dell replacement battery. This is the one I decided on and am I glad I did. This has worked great from the beginning. I have had it for a while now and I get around 2.5 - 3 hrs of constant surfing time which is as good as it was with the original battery. Buy this and you won't be disappointed.

Just to help others, I bought this as a replacement for the battery on my Dell 6430s -- it doesn't fit. So, for me, the product doesn't work. That being said, the package arrived quickly and in was well packaged in the original packaging. So, if this is the right battery for you, I would say that this product will likely be a good one.

my company has a bunch of old Dell laptops, we have over 40 of these things out in the field. Batteries die all the time, to many discharge/recharge cycles are a big factor as well as the weather as most of the laptops are in service trucks. instead of dealing with getting batteries from dell or some other big name company we come to amazon and buy these. We know we're on barrowed time with most of the laptops anyways, but these batteries keep us up and running. Cant complain about the price and so far so good on the longevity. Until we update our business system and move to tablet PC's we will continue to get these batteries.

This battery holds a charge longer than I had expected, over 4 hours at a sitting. Granted I do not view many videos or use programs that drain a laptop's battery but the one this replaced lasted less than an hour before going into sleep or safe mode. I also have an older computer which I assume is not as efficient as an newer model so for the money this was a good purchase.

Used it only a few times in late 2019. when fully charged it lasted only about 30 minutes. It is for an older, backup laptop that I really need now becuase I had to send my current laptop into Dell for a new hard drive replacement .It fully charged only to 14 % , went down to 7% and the laptop shut off, not even operating on AC power.I had to replace the "new" battery with the old one , so it at least allows the computer to run on AC power.I will try to return the defective battery.

No complaints, perfect fit in Dell E6430 laptop - appears to be a genuine 65WH battery; replaced a 54Wh battery and this one appears to be running longer. 2 charge/discharge cycles so far. Always a crap shoot buying Chinese replacement batteries but this one appears to be the real deal. 5 stars: accurate fit, genuine cells, reasonable price. Dell just sources these batteries from Chinese factories anyway - so no complaints. Recommend.

Purchased for my Dell Inspiron 7520 and it's working great.Furthermore, the company is great. I had bought a 9-cell but it wasn't compatible (or more specifically, you couldn't simultaneously have the 9-cell battery in AND have the laptop open, so....). But the company was super prompt on the refund on the return.

after 1 year of very moderate use, the battery will only give enough charge to last a minute or two.
