Needed for my cider kit. Could have got it from the support store cheaper but would have needed to drive there. This is enough for 2 cider kits.

I use this to make a brine to grow out gourmet mushroom cultures in a sterile environment. Works well, and this was the best price for what I needed.

Sugar from corn? Heck yeah! Just kidding, I purchased for making hard seltzers and this ferments all the way down 1.000 SG.

Cost and volume coupled with Prime shipping made this an affordable choice.

I used this as part of the ingredients in a batch of Edwort's Apfelwein. The recipe called for two pounds of it, and I used about half of this bag. It's a good quality product and worked well in my apple wine. In local home brewing shops, you can pick up a bag of this for about a third the price, though. I ordered it from Amazon because it was less of a hassle than going to my local shop, which is only open between noon and 5pm on weekdays (making it hard to get there when you have an 8-5 job).

I like how much you get. for the price. This will do two batches of my hard cider kit. Works perfect no taste.

Corn Sugar/Glucose... it appears to be the right stuff (it's not like I had it chemically tested, but it tastes right) in a big bag. If that's what you wan that's what you get. I don't actually use it for home brewing, I use it in a post workout instead of buying the same stuff from a supplement company for many times the cost.
