Good book. Someone suggested it after reading the first chapter. I enjoyed the book and try to apply what I learned.

I've heard such great things about this book that I actually bought one for myself and bought one for my cousin, because we love reading short books like this

I have recently experienced my thoughts racing. Too much to digest. I realized some of the practices mentioned in these pages were things I already unknowingly utilized and it helped me to remember that they work when used properly. Also, I learned new ones. The Brain Dump is a tactic I will employ the next time my brain is overwhelmed. As with most readings, not 100% is applicable. But the parts that were, were very needed.

Thing is an awesome book! Very helpful. They qualify was as advertised!

Great read!

I think the concept is great and has some good tools but I felt like I was reading a paper someone wrote trying to meet a word count. Very repetitive and rewording the sentences to make more lines on the page.
