Personally I think it may be a polycotton but to be sure you should ask the seller. No I don't have a sample but quite possibly the seller does.

Hello, I am not sure if this is 100% cotton so I would suggest to be sure you ask the seller. Most of the other materials of a similar type are polyester cotton. Hope that helps

Q: Does Quantity 2 mean one 2-metre length or two separate 1-metre length

Hi Nigel! When you look at the 'description' paragraph for the material you hope it would advise you of the fabric width and it should explain the length the fabric is sold in; one metre lengths or half metres. If the later and you order '2' then generally I have found, the 2 half metres will be despatched as one piece of material.Within the information of this fabrics description paragraph it says it is 45", inches wide and sold in one metre lengths, so in the box if you select '2' then you will get 2metres as one piece of material.
