This Citric Acid product is perfect for many applications around the home. Use to add tangy flavors to many dishes or candies. Can also be used to descale your coffee maker or dishwasher and be added to your washing machine for extra benefits with clothes cleaning. Anywhere you would use vinegar you can use this, just make a 5% solution and substitute for vinegar. No smell and does the job! It dissolves quickly and easily in cold water. Just look up its many functions on the web. And a good price to boot.

Purchased only to clean the inside of my coffee machine. Good price for two pounds of product, should last a very long time. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of citric acid per litter of water to descale coffee machines.

I now soak all fruits in this for around 10 mins before putting in glass jars. I just use the same big bowl with a tablespoon or so and rotate the fruit. I’ve noticed blueberries, blackberries and strawberries taste a whole lot sweeter after I soak them!! And I think this works like a natural sanitizer, so two birds 😊. I have also added it to lemonade to make it tangier and added it to Mt Dew - so much better!! I think this bag will last me years so it’s a great value. This is part of my shift to more natural, healthy products. I highly recommend it!

Cleans the coffee pot/ water bottles with no chemical smell.

I saw on YouTube, that this could be used to clean the inside of the toilet tank. It worked fantastically. I like the small size. It is nice to use something that does not have an overpowering chemical order.

I used this for hide tanning to fix hair follicles in the hide. It worked amazingly well. The hair doesn’t slip or fall out at all. I used this citric acid before i took the next step to preserve the hide. I know this may not be a typical use for most people but it is a legitimate one for me. It was exactly what I needed.

This worked great to make a diy version of the viral sour gushers. This added the perfect amount of sourness. The bag is large so it will last a while since each batch I made I used 2 tablespoons. I appreciate how fine the texture was so when I mixed it with the sugar it blended in nicely. Can’t wait to find other recipes to make with this:)
