I just started to learn Japanese flower arrangement for fun. This is a good starter kit. Master this and then go bigger.

The first arrangement I made in this vase was so nice that somebody stole it!

We took a remote Ikebana class. This is a nice kit with everything you need to do floral arranging.

I do like the container, but I wish it’s a little bigger. I didn’t read the description well enough. Overall it’s good for ikebana beginners.

The product is fine, the problem was the company. They marked the item as delivered, in early December. Told me it was my problem. The tracking number had something delivered in another state. They were not easy to deal with, and seemed rude, but that might have been the translation software they were using. However they did keep insisting the product had been delivered while on another screen saying with would arrive Dec 31-Jan 14. It did arrive Jan 2nd. I would not do business with them again because of how they mishandled the info about where the package was, but everything arrived. The packaging stunk, I left everything else outdoors for a day, and the odor was gone. Interesting collection of flower arrange stuff.

Easy to use! Just trim the flower stems and stick into the spike plate that comes with it. My flowers seem to last longer this way too !

I am writing this not because it is the greatest thing ever - but because another review said it was plastic. It is NOT - it is a real, good quality Japanese ceramic. However it is smallish - this is a small Ikebana arrangement bowl - a starter kit not for the experienced Ikebana maker
