Not overly stretchy but worked well for my use.
I purcahsed this for my baby and toddler sensory sessions to bounce rubber frogs on and unfortunately found it wasnt very stertchy, it did however do the job and was lots of fun.

Dont waste your money
Not even fit for use, its so thin its see through, wasted my money. Oh and theres a hole in it. Ended up in the bin
