These lights are great, easy to install and the app works well with a lot of customization and timing features. If getting more then one, get the hub so you can control them easily.

In short, this light strip is expensive but it offers a good level of brightness (1700 lumens) and vibrant, accurate colors. I’m using it for indirect uplighting on a shelf in my living room so I don’t need to worry about “hotspots” or diffusing the LEDs. The ability to adjust colors and brightness through the app as well as through my numerous Echo Dots is the main selling point for me. I use Alexa routines and a Hue dimmer switch to control it, and have had no issues.That said, the adhesive backing is a bit underwhelming. It didn’t stick as securely as I expected, and I had to use additional adhesive strips to keep it in place. Also, the price is on the higher side compared to other LED strips, especially when factoring in the need for a Hue Bridge for full functionality. I have already bought into the Hue ecosystem pretty extensively so I was prepared for this but if you haven’t, it might be worth going with a cheaper alternative.Overall, it’s a high-quality product with great lighting effects, but the adhesive and cost are worth considering before purchasing.

Worth every penny! It sticks to paper tape as well in case you want to test it out on a surface. Gives plenty of options with great control on brightness. The only bummer is that I need to purchase a hub in order for it to work on voice commands.

I installed this hue light strip to the cabinets I was resurfacing and they look amazing. I got two 33ft light strips, one each for the top and bottom. The adhesive is very high quality and I haven't had any problems with adhering to the under sides of my cabinets. They function amazingly well and were able to connect to my existing hue bridge without an issue. I would highly recommend

Amazing light strip. More expensive, but I love that it does color gradients and the philips app has amazing preset options. I put it behind my sofa for more mood lighting and so I don't have to use the overhead recessed cans.

I bought these 5 months ago because Philips is supposed to be the "gold star" when I comes to lighting. I installed the strip in early May.Right out of the box the adhesive did not want to stick. So I used clips to help hold the strip in place. But after a couple of months I walked into my office to find it half way on the ground. I then put it in a diffuser channel. The adhesive doesn't stick at all, 2 sections of white don't work now either.Pretty expensive led strip for 2 months of use.
