I've been using this office chair for a week, and it's really met my expectations. The assembly was straightforward, taking only about 15 minutes. The chair feels solid and well-made. Originally, they've sent us a chair that was used before, I raised this issue with them and they were super good at resolving the issue almost instantly.Since then we ordered 2 more chairs and they are very comfortable and definitely worth the price. I've had gaming chairs before but these are so much better! Would buy again!

Easy to assemble, appears to bust so far (a month) and been in use for 9 hours a day at least 3 days a week.Fairly comfortable, well made and simple to use.The only issue is that the instructions for use (levers etc) are not provided hard copy and I cannot appear to get a .pdf copy

After a month of use its a pretty good chair. Back is supported well, and it wheels around easily. Lots of options to move handles etc. Issues have been that the head support keeps dropping easily, even though I have got the highest setting the back keeps reclining and the arm supports move too easily. if it wasnt for that, I wouldve given a higher rating.

I bought this chair as I have a non-standard height in-built desk in my home office. I spent countless hours trying to find a chair that would go as high as required and then I found this. Seat height according to the listing goes up to 24.41 inches (62cm). I needed 61 cm so I got excited that my search is over and placed the order.How disappointing to see that it doesn't come near the advertised height! 57cm is the highest the seat goes and it leaves me typing in an uncomfortable position. I kept it as it seems impossible to return an assembled chair. And I need something to sit on to work... Spent nearly £200 on this chair that is completely not fit for my purpose.Adding a "charity" star as it is actually comfy, but if you are after a certain seat height - AVOID this falsly advertised product.

This is a well-made chair. Personally, I am on the limit of the weight that it is advised for. However, I find that using the head and leg rest in the "sleeping position" it feels a bit insecure and wobbly. Additionally it is a bit small overall around the seat of the chair. But used as a desk chair it is good.
