Excellent hi-viz vest to go over any clothing. Can be used if you don’t want to wear or have high viz-clothing. Great for this purpose so you can dress the way you want and take it off when you’re done without changing your outfit.Perfect for bicycling and motorcycling. As well as running and other out door activities as it’s very lightweight and can go over anything you’re wearing.

I didn’t have high hopes as a bigger girl but this adjusts with lots of wiggle room.Its easy to adjust and a beautiful bright pink colour which makes me want to wear it while riding my bike.Highly visible as seen with a camera flash.Amazing price point as well I would buy again in a heartbeat.

no way 54" waist would work
Had one of these from 15 years ago and it adjusted very large while I'm sure it will stretch to 54 it will be very uncomfortable Im 38 and its not comfortable If you are going to buy go to ebay and get the same thing from china for $3
