This is one of the best sellers I’ve worked with on Amazon. I got a 6 piece couch. The product arrived fast and was soft and gorgeous just as described in the description. I love the couch but needed a bigger size in the couch-I reached out to the seller and they responded back quickly & they immediately rectified the situation. The customer service was excellent. I would 100% recommend

I have no complaints!Comfy, cozy, and I love that we have the ability to adjust the shape of this couch. It IS a smaller couch, but we have a small living room so it works perfectly.Pieces stay together easily with the straps. Happy with this choice!

Took me about an hour to assemble by myself, instructions were pretty self explanatory. Some of the cushions seem a little too small so I might buy some stuffing from the store and stuff it a little more but not bad for the price. Comfortable to lounge, haven’t slept on it yet though.

The couch is beautiful and the material feels very nice. However, the seat depth is much shallower than I expected—I should have checked that before purchasing. The cushions also aren't the most comfortable & the ottoman sits up a few inches higher than the couch which was uncomfortable as well, so overall, it's more of an aesthetic piece than one for everyday use. That said, setup was quick and easy, and the delivery was fast, which I really appreciated. It's also a great size for a one-bedroom apartment. It is a shame they make it so hard to return, I will definitely end up selling it instead.

The quality is not as good as it looks. The cushion is too soft and it does not stay in place. You can feel everything underneath the cushion. The metal piece that holds the back piece does not fit properly in the socket. The one star is the fabric as it’s the best part of the sofa. I would not recommend buying any furnitures on Amazon because you have to hire someone to assemble and if you don’t like it it’s very hard to return.

This couch turned out stunning and very spacious- we have enjoyed having it thus far! Usually skeptical ordering via online but it turned out looking great and our dog sure loves it! ;)

I bought this couch about 2 months ago and it came in less than a week. It was delivered on two different dates; I got 4 pieces one day and the other 3 the next. The delivery company dropped off the first batch at my public, outdoor mailing center. They were too big to fit in the secure parcel so they left them outside. I couldn’t fit 2 of the boxes in my car to bring to my apartment, so I decided to wait until the next day to get them when my friend was available to help me (MISTAKE). I go to check on them the next morning and the two boxes were GONE🫠 There are no cameras in the mailing center so I was not able to figure out who took them. Right away, I contacted the manufacturer and they were SO quick in their response and didn’t question my situation. They asked for me to take pictures of the ones I did receive so they could resend the ones that were stolen. They were delivered the following week to my apartment door (because I had to go off on my apartment complex to at least put a sign up for the delivery companies to take the big boxes that can’t fit in the parcel to the resident’s door). I LOVE this couch, I feel like such an adult with it😂 Soft and comfy, easy to put together, and very quick to reassemble from a sectional to a bed!
