best egg substitute that I've found
Being new to Vegan-ism, I found the biggest issue is the use of eggs for baking, breakfast and use in other meals. This product solves this issue. Not only does it work anywhere you would be using eggs, it is also easy to prepare. French toast tastes like french toast and the tofu scramble is fantastic.Even if you aren't Vegan but are worried about cholesterol, this is a product you should try.

Mix this with some pressed tofu add some nutritional yeast and a little oil and salt and oh my goodness no one would ever know its not eggs you get the same flavor minus the nasty things like cholesterol saturated fat and never mind the thought of eating an unborn baby chicken. My girlfriend loves the vegg!

The Vegg is such a great product. A little bit of work and you have some great egg like results in a vegan product.
