Great for deep bird baths
It helps when the bird bath has a steep bowl which helps the bees stay out of the dett er p water

Saves beneficial insects!
The media could not be loaded. This little ramp has made a huge difference in my bird bath! Since adding it, I’ve noticed a major drop in the number of insects I’ve had to recover from drowning. I’ve seen insects use it to drink or as an escape route when they get submerged. Definitely worth it if you care about the little beneficial critters!(Photos show a couple of the lucky survivors I caught on camera!)

cute little addition to the bird bath. i have not seen a bee or butterfly getting a drink yet but can see how it would help them in having something to stand on while drinking.
