I had my gallbladder removed a few months ago and have been struggling to gain weight back. I was reluctant to try this, as my digestive system is sensitive but I do well with it, no real gastro issues - It's also fairly low fat and low sugar with a good number of calories. Taste wise, it's Ensure. It's not a milkshake, but I actually like the taste and texture. Ensure is awesome.

I thought it was easy to drink all of them in weeks but it was a lot, you get real value for your money and they were delivered before the expected time

I love the chocolate Ensure in milk or dark chocolate. I just feel better when I regularly use Ensure to replace 1-2 meals or snacks per day. The bottles are convenient with no prep or mixing needed. Just refrigerate, shake, and drink - super easy and tasty.I would like to be able to purchase in powdered form so I could add milk for additional protein.The only caveat for me is the price - it is a bit expensive. But, worth it!!!! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to increase protein and improve nutrition.
