This Flower Stem Counting and Color Set from Learning Resources has quickly become one of my toddler’s favorite toys! It’s the perfect blend of fun and learning — bright, colorful, and easy for little hands to manipulate.My toddler loves "planting" the flowers and matching the colors. Without even realizing it, they’re learning to count, identify colors, and build fine motor skills. The pieces are sturdy and well-made, and I love that it grows with them — right now we’re focusing on colors and simple counting, but I can already see us using it for patterning and number recognition down the road.It’s also great for independent play and keeps my little one entertained for quite a while. Bonus: it’s super cute sitting out on the shelf, so I don’t mind leaving it within reach.Highly recommend for ages 2-4 — it’s both engaging and educational!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Made for a cute hands on gift for a 2 year old little princess! She loves to stack the pots, point out the colors of each of the flowers, and of course match the flowers back up to their pots! This toy could be great for imaginative play as well if your little one likes to garden with you. Sturdy plastic and no small pieces to worry about. Totally recommend for your little one!

What a cute little toy! My 21 month old daughter has fun fitting the different shaped flower stems into the matching pots, and she reads off the numbers on each as well.

My daughter absolutely loves this set! It’s sooo cute and girly lol! I love that you can learn your numbers, colors, and shapes all in one toy! Another thing I love about it is that it’s well made. Most toys nowadays are made of cheap plastic that can break easily. Not this!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love these! Great eta to teach them their shapes while also being fun to play with. I will say that the “pot” part of the flower can come out easily and then it’s harder to put back in- and once kiddos know they can do something they repeat. That’s the only downside for these, though

Got these for my toddler and we love them! Learning resources is our go to toy brand and this one did not disappoint. Great quality and these have many uses. They are good for shape matching, color recognition and fine motor. They can also be used for some pretend play and used inside or outside. Super easy to clean. We even use them in our garden theme sensory tables.

I decided to keep this as my preschoolers love this type of toy. However I had to super glue all of the “dirt” into the base. Almost half popped out the first time taking it out of the box.There’s 2 of each shape and 2 matching flowers. There’s a few different ways to play with the toy. It’s very cute and colorful. Plastic is a strong, durable toy.
