VEMTONA Smart Pet Water Fountain for Cat, Dog, Bird

Wanted something quiet for my bedroom. Worked okay for 4 days then all the lights started flashing. Tank full, brand new filter. Unplugged and tried reassembling. Now, nothing, no lights, no pump activity, completely dead. Thankfully I had two other (Pet Safe) fountains in another room, chugging along no problems.Couldn’t find company website, tech support, replacement parts-nothing. Should have known it was sketchy given the way the manual was written by someone with a poor grasp of the English language.Don’t waste your money on this piece of junk.

Fountain is quiet, that’s about all I can say. I’ve had this for about 6 months and the filters are not available anymore. Also is cheap plastic and it stains and doesn’t wash clean. It also pools water in the top that doesn’t filter so the entire thing has to be changed almost daily anyways .My cats are drinking more water but only on days I clean it and put fresh water in. So I’m cleaning it almost daily. And it’s a pain. It holds a lot of water but the sensor is so high that you have to put more water in almost daily . And it stops running and then they have no water till you notice.

This is probably the worst item I've ever bought on Amazon. The water barely circulates. When the unit is filled with water, it seems to only be circulating the water that is hovering in the top basin. It's constantly dirty - like there is no filter. It needs water added to it everyday (even though there is so much in there? Doesn't work. It's loud. Also, the instructions were comically terrible and useless. No idea what the 1 button is even doing or how to make it function for what I want. It's just a terribly made fountain. Don't waste your money.

Great product if you want a small water bowl but I am not sure that the motion sensor ever really worked, it just kind of runs all the time. Plugging it in is tricky once you fill it with water (my wife makes me do it). After awhile, the pump will stop working till I mess with the plug again (which isn't easy since its under the bowl).

Had this for about five weeks. Didn't particularly like it - you had to pull the top off to refill it quickly, and if you do that the pump sprays water all over the floor. After about five weeks, it completely stopped working. The light is still flashing, but none of the buttons respond and no water flows.

We have a 9 years old cat that used to like to drink from the tub...wasn't sure if this would work, but it did...since the first day he drank and continues to drink quite a bit. Didn't realize he needed so much water. Good product.

This was going to be delivered to someone in Europe. It was on sale and I was not even sure that it will work. It was perfect. Nice, quiet and easy to use.

I’ve gown through at least four different cat fountains. This one is by far the quietest. It took a week or so for my four cats to actually use it the right way. In the beginning they would put there paw in it then drink like that. The only thing that really annoyed me was there were no instructions on how to use the filter or how often it had to be replaced. I even goggled it and it came up with nothing.
