The media could not be loaded. Well made fountain, no complaints. I do not have an outlet on my balcony, so the solar option works well for me. The LED light doesn't have a suction cup on the bottom and floats around. I bought a cheap aquarium ornament (the sea turtle, Crush, from Finding Nemo) to place over the cord to keep it in place, works perfectly and is super cute. The solar panel is well made, its like a 5×7 picture frame and it soaks up the sun during the day so I can run it at night. I also enjoy the timer feature and usually use it in case I forget to turn it off! Runs for about 3-4 hours with about 5-6 hours of direct sunlight (that's my set up but I have been known to unplug the solar panel from the pump and move it to the front of my home in the mornings to collect more sun). I use distilled water and a few drops of algae remover in it each week to prevent algae growth, water stays clear except for the occasional plant debris. I'm really happy with this fountain, I love the sound of running water and I'm so glad I can have it with this solar option.

I bought the blue one and the fountain works great with the solar panel. The light didn't work, called customer care and they replaced it.

The media could not be loaded. I love this fountain! The bowls are gorgeous and well-made, it was super easy to set up, and the solar panel works like a charm. It says this in the directions, but make sure you put the panel in a place that gets lots of sun all day (south-facing bright sunny spot). The cord is long, so while the panel is in the sunniest spot in my yard, the fountain is still under the shade of my porch. Also, the sound of the water is very gentle and zen 🧘‍♀️

Was absolutely gorgeous in our garden for two days. Neither pump nor lights would come on after that. Complete waste of money. Can’t send back because we didn’t save the boxes. Will probably turn each bowl into a small planter.

I returned this product because it would not run. Even in direct sun for most of the morning, it would only run for about 30 minutes before shutting down.

We built a small memorial butterfly garden recently and I wanted to add a water feature. After looking at several different ones, I settled on this one for its looks, simplicity, and of course solar powered. I was surprised how heavy it is, the terra-cotta pots are thick and durable. The small pump moves plenty enough water to maintain a steady flow all day. The LED light is bright enough and with the long wire I was able to place the light in a potted plant nearby. So far it’s been worth the small cost and we are happy with our purchase.

Great product! We bought an electric pump so it works when we want it to work including foggy days. We also bought some pebbles. The service is great as well. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. This is the 2nd one I have purchased. The day time version did not work so I returned it for this one that had the lighting and battery. It’s very relaxing. The sound of the water is amazing.
