This is a great cushion for helping alleviate or reduce lower back and hip pain. It's very firm and holds its shape under my 190 pounds. There is no rebound, but still feels comfortable. My recliner seat has gotten concave over the years, so I put a thin piece of plywood on the chair seat. This keeps the cushion flat and prevents it from developing the chair's contour. I've had the cushion for a few weeks and really like it.

I bought the large size, but it's to big. I use at the office, but it doesn't stay in place. I have to always adjust it and after awhile it starts to fold like a taco. The cushion is nice in all, but thats the problem I have with it.
