I was looking for a massager that I could move to different areas and something that didn't just vibrate but actually had more moving parts. This massager is perfect for just that! It really helps loosen up any part of your neck/back you want. and has arm holders that allow you to put more or less pressure on areas. has 2 settings that you can let it alternate the little massager balls going clockwise or counter-clockwise or you can choose which direction. If you're feeling tight you definitely need to get this massager!

I like the product. It works well.I just have some concerns. It is NOT UL listed and the country of origin is listed nowhere on the product or on the packaging or instructions.The instructions are hilarious and are clearly NOT written by a native English speaker. "Massager of Neck Kneading" is how the title reads on the instruction sheet.Other than that, it's really good. I will keep on using it and hopefully it won't have an electrical fail.

Wow, what a thorough kneeling this thing delivers! I am always asking for a tougher massage...this thing delivers in spades. It appears to be very well constructed, though there is a slight grinding after 1 day...I am not sure if it was there at unpacking and it doesn’t currently affect the performance but I will update if it is significant. This is much better than the vibration kind of massagers (for this purpose). You can control the pressure with the arm slings and there is an ability to move it though some places are harder to reach. This is well worth the price asked if you want a strong hand massage...but are short hands or desire to relieve your pain...this thing has your back/neck...literally!

Wow, this messager is amazing! I love how the actual message rollers change direction and move either up or down. You can make this travel along your back or neck with slight hand motion as you hold it. Awesome! And, it has pretty strong pressure as it kneads your muscles. I highly recommend this if you have knots and tight muscles. It is large enough to work both side of your spine, and small enough to work the neck muscles. The heat is not that noticeable, but it is still effective.

This thing feels great on the neck and shoulders. Little more difficult on other areas though. Feels almost like real hands massaging your shoulders.

This massager is totally awesome! It is a perfect product. I use it every day to relieve the pain in my neck and upper back. The heat option is great to help relax the muscle, I'm absolutely happy

Very comfortable and easy to use. I don't give it 5 stars because the heating is too weak to be felt.
