This is a great little meal put a little bit of olive oil all over them season them put them on a rack put them in the oven for about an hour and 5 minutes and you're ready to go with some rice or whichever you would like to place it with it's great for people who are on diets because it's no more than two to three ounces of meat perfect

Amazon sells the best Cornish hens! They are constantly the same size and flavour. I put them in the air fryer along with making a few quick sides for a five star meal. Especially if I buy frozen biscuits from Amazon and bake those for 15 minutes. Everything is hot at the same time. The entire meal for four is twenty five dollars maximum.

These were great, just for quick meal.1 bird per person lol just like a small serving or one piece.They do cook fast about 20 mins in airfryer.

If I had room I’d buy ten of these. Put both in my slow cooker. You can also put wild rice dressing in them. Poor a little orange juice and maple syrup over. Yum!! Easy.

These Cornish Hens are jut the right size for my family. I have seen smaller Cornish Hens then these. The price is right from Amazon Fresh considering the inflation. They are $5 more dollars on the price at the grocery store that I frequent. Always bake well.
